The Puerto-Rican goofy-footer marched past progressive Australian Mitch Coleborn in the final after taking down several of the event’s top seeds at the lefthand pointbreak of Playa Camaron, which lies in Mazatlan in Sinaloa, Mexico to take his first major ASP victory.
